Join the 8th Annual Woodstock Wildflower Walk

By Savannah Logan

The Alabama Suicide Prevention and Resource Coalition (ASPARC) and the Town of Woodstock warmly invite the community to the 8th Annual Woodstock Wildflower Walk. This event is dedicated to raising awareness about mental health and suicide prevention, while honoring survivors of suicide loss.

The walk will take place on Saturday, September 28, from 10 AM to 12 PM at Woodstock Town Hall (28513 Hwy 5, Woodstock, AL 35188). It promises a day of meaningful activities for participants of all ages, offering opportunities to connect with others in a supportive, outdoor setting. Attendees can engage in rock painting, wildflower painting, and even create their own bouquet — activities that encourage creativity and reflection.

In addition to the activities, the event will feature delicious food and local vendors. The Wild Honey Flower Truck, Creekside Shaved Ice, and Granny’s Creations will provide refreshments and unique items, while Bounce Rentals 4 You will offer fun for the whole family.

All proceeds from the Woodstock Wildflower Walk will benefit ASPARC, supporting their ongoing efforts to raise awareness and provide resources for mental health and suicide prevention.
